My name is Arina. I've painted all my life, but I started to take it seriously only in the summer of 2021, when I felt that I could move away from academia and invest my thoughts and meaning in visual images. In the fall of 2021, I moved on to larger and more detailed works, no longer doubting whether they were worth seeing. On February 22, 2022, against the background of Russia's recognition of our territories, I began to paint a picture with my hands (it is in the gallery), making it quite obvious :) On February 24, the war began, and now, reading the news every minute, making art as carefree as before is no longer possible, so soon I will have a series of paintings about Ukraine.
