My life turned upside down 24,02,22. Having lost income, the feeling of security, peace, and confidence disappeared. Every day I go through all the stages of despair and worry about the lives of my loved ones (the situation is generally unbearable). I can't see the end of this grief that is inflicted on every family every day, both in my region and in others. Spring is already quite warm, I just want to go to the park and bask in the sun, but every time you hear explosions, from which we are tired of shivering.
