Hello! I am a professional watercolor artist based in Ukraine.
I create botanical illustrations with watercolors and colored pencils on cotton paper.

My works from life, photos and imagination, attempting to develop flowing compositions, an impression of serenity or dream like quality. Now, being far from home, without all my materials, having lost my job, I appreciate everything I have. I do not plan far, I draw everything I find at once. The multi-layered technique in botanical painting takes a lot of time, now every minute is valuable, I adapt to a new reality. Now for me, painting is an art therapy, like a breath of fresh air after a long night. At the moment, I have an unbearable desire to preserve what I have seen on paper, to illustrate the beauty of the environment, because not only human life is cynically destroyed, but also the life of nature itself.
